I found the staff friendly and always willing to help with any questions. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of hot items. My room was clean, and I liked having separate toilet facilities in addition to the bathroom. It REALLY made mornings easier.
The shower pressure was a little weak, but it was still adequate.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities, and everything was very tidy. I noticed fresh towels daily. The beds were also very comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location prove convenient, because its central. The English breakfast have a delicious taste. Friendly staff ensure a cute experience, it feels me happy.
The room felt very basic and tired. There exist no lift, I must carry baggage up stairs. Street noise at night disrupt sleep. Earplugs is essential.

The room was quite basic. The toilet seat was loose , a minor but annoying issue. Also , the breakfast was not great , offering limited choices. I expected a bit more variety for the price I paid.

The noise level was unacceptable. Club music persisted until 4 am. additionally, the bar area was unclean from the night before during breakfast service. i found several uncleared glasses and bottles.
